Headshot Photographer Washington DC | On-Location Corporate Portraits
Headshot photographer in Washington DC for executives, associations, and conference teams. On-location portraits at hotels, offices, and Capitol Hill—clean files for bios and press.
Headshot Photographer Washington DC
A headshot photographer in Washington DC is usually booked for a deadline: a new bio, a conference program, a board page, or a speaker who lands the morning of the plenary. The portrait has to look like the person in the room—not a studio fashion frame that will not match the rest of the staff page.
[Washington DC Event Photographers](https://www.washingtondceventphotographers.com) photographs on-location headshots across the District, with the same team that covers conferences and galas through [Event Photojournalism](https://eventphotojournalism.com).
### Who books DC headshots
- Association and nonprofit leadership pages
- Law, consulting, and government-affairs teams
- Conference speakers who need a usable file before the program posts
- Executive teams at a hotel or office, not a rental studio across town
### Where sessions happen
Downtown offices, Capitol Hill suites, hotel meeting rooms at the Marquis, Mayflower, Conrad, and similar houses, and conference breakout rooms when the headshots are part of the event day.
Name the room. A lobby with a marble wall and a north-facing office are not the same setup.
### What the session includes
- A consistent crop and background across the team
- Natural or controlled light that does not flatten skin
- Files sized for web bios and for print if you ask
- A short list of must-shoot names so the last person is not rushed
Makeup that holds under office light and mild flash can be booked with [Taylor Bailey Makeup Artist](https://taylorbaileymakeupartist.com) for the same morning.
### Timing
Most individual sittings run 10–20 minutes once light is set. A team of twelve needs a real block, not twelve “quick ones” between sessions. Build the headshot hour before the keynote, not during it.
### Inquire
Send the date, address or hotel, number of people, and whether files are due the same day.
