### What we need in the office
A room with a door, not a glass hallway. About ten feet of working depth. A window is useful; a south-facing glare wall is not. We bring light so the portraits do not depend on overhead fluorescents.
Tell us the floor, the elevator rules, and whether building security needs names in advance. Downtown and Capitol Hill load-in is not a hotel dock.
### How the hour runs
Light and background are set once. Each person is 10–20 minutes. A coordinator with the list keeps the line moving. Late walk-ins go at the end if the block allows—they do not restart the setup.
If several people want makeup, book [Taylor Bailey Makeup Artist](https://taylorbaileymakeupartist.com) for the same morning so the first frame is not the test frame.
Consistent crop, web-ready and high-resolution. Same-day selects when that is in the proposal—useful when the website or the conference app cannot wait for a full edit.
